Joe Hart: A totally inspirational signing for Celtic. From being at a crossroads in his career last summer to a double winner and Champions League-bound once again. He embraced the culture of the club early and it is easy to see why he has established himself as a fan's favourite. 8
Anthony Ralston: The right-back produced an absolutely precise forward pass for Kyogo's second goal and is another who reached heights that he never thought possible in his career; something you must say is all down to the man-management of Ange Postecoglou, who believed in him when others had lost faith. 8
Cameron Carter-Vickers: It has become imperative that Celtic sign the central defender. He has been absolutely immense and is crucial to the club moving forward. Despite reported interest from English Premier League side Newcastle United, the one thing they cannot guarantee is Champions League group stage football so the ball is firmly in the USA internationalists' court in that regard. 8
Carl Starfelt: The Swede was inches away from his first goal for Celtic when he headed past the post just after the restart but he has been absolutely flawless of late and has really grown into the defensive shirt. He deserves the plaudits that come his way. 8
Greg Taylor: Roamed forward at will and even hammered in a long-range effort in the opening 45 minutes. Taylor enjoyed another decent afternoon and can look back on his campaign with immense pride and enormous satisfaction. 8
Callum McGregor: Captain fantastic. What a wonderful debut season as skipper of the club as McGregor made the armband his own. A true leader and inspiration to his team-mates in every game this season - including on this occasion. Take a bow. 9
David Turnbull: How his former club must be sick of the sight of him. The classy performer burst through and showed all the composure of a midfield maestro with some nifty footwork to boot to make it 2-0 with a fine drive. It appears Turnbull is approaching something like his best again. 8
Tom Rogic: The 'Wizard of Oz' was taking his final bow at Parkhead after nearly 10 years of service and was denied the fairytale send-off when he strick the base of the post after 33 minutes. He was given a wonderful ovation on 62 minutes from the Celtic faithful who will never forget his achievements and the special moments the mercurial talent provided along the way. 8

Jota: The Portuguese star made it 14 assists and 13 goals for the season as he drove home goal number four against the Steelmen. Talks are still ongoing with the winger but what a signing he will prove to be if Celtic can steer this deal over the line. He is a born entertainer. 8
Daizen Maeda: The forward linked the play excellently and it was his interchange with Turnbull that allowed the midfielder to run through and score. His work-rate is phenomenal while he possesses incredible energy and is a player who has given his all for Celtic since his arrival. He deserves a well-earned rest. 8
Kyogo Furuhashi: The Japanese striker gave Celtic the vital early breakthrough goal in 20 minutes and allowed the title party to commence. He steadied himself and took one touch before unleashing a superb right-foot finish and then produced a superb volley to make it 3-0 and take his tally to 20 for the season. 8

He was on the pitch for barely four minutes when he produced a superb overhead kick while he added a sixth in injury time for his 17th goal of the season He really has been a revelation at times in a Celtic shirt. 8
