Celtic continue their build-up to the return of domestic football with a training camp in the Algarve.
The Hoops will play French Ligue 1 side Rennes in a closed-door friendly on Saturday morning which could see the return to action of inspirational skipper Callum McGregor.
Elsewhere, Josip Juranovic is still the subject of transfer speculation by Atletico Madrid. The La Liga side are set to be preparing a further scouting mission for the Croatian full-back.
Juranovic is currently at the World Cup with Croatia, who will face Brazil in the last eight, and Spanish outlet El Gol has revealed that Diego Simeone's men will step up their bid to land a key cog of Ange Postecoglou's side.
Atletico, Chelsea, Manchester United and Tottenham have already been quoted with interest ahead of the January transfer window.
The Aussie has already recruited Canadian international Alistair Johnston and, with Anthony Ralston still in situ, there is adequate cover should Juranovic decide to up sticks and leave Parkhead in January.
Is the time right to entertain an offer?
