Celtic could be set to part ways with midfielder Yosuke Ideguchi.
The Hoops are reportedly open to offloading him possibly in January with several J1 League clubs - including former side Gamba Osaka - thought to be interested in offering the player a route back home.
Ideguchi has endured a torrid, injury-interrupted 12 months in Glasgow's east end and has made only one start since joining the club in January. He is yet to make a competitive appearance this season.
In Friday's Celtic Briefing, Sean and Tony discuss whether a mutual parting of the ways would be the best solution for both parties at this juncture.
As well as this the guys discuss a Foot Mercato report linking Celtic with Tunisian and Ferencvaros midfielder Aissa Laidouni.
Laidouni played in all three games for Tunisia at the World Cup finals in Qatar including their final group-stage match against France where they pulled off a stunning victory - but it was not enough to keep them in the competition.
The midfielder who is also on the radar of German outfit Wolfsburg and is valued at around £3.5million.
The transfer rumour mill also ran riot with reports linking former Celtic duo Moussa Dembele and Victor Wanyama with a return to the club.
New signing Alistair Johnston is currently on holiday at Lake Como and he captioned a picture on his Instagram with the comment "So from what I'm told... this ISN'T Paradise?? Seems pretty decent to be fair."
Wanyama, a former team-mate of Johnston's at Montreal Impact, replied: "Paradise is where you will be playing." Johnston chipped in again with: "Where 'we' will be playing" alongside the shifty eyes emoji.
Finally, they discuss that face Celtic will face Ligue 1 side Rennes tomorrow morning in a closed-doors bounce game friendly in the Algarve as the champions continue their winter training camp in warmer climes.
Postecoglou's men who hold a nine-point lead at the top of the table return to domestic action with a Scottish Premiership outing against Aberdeen at Pittodrie on Saturday December 17.
