Tony Ralston was speaking to CelticTV after the last-gasp 2-1 win over Ross County.
Tony, how did that feel?
It felt brilliant. First and foremost, I’m happy to contribute to the team in a positive way. It’s not an easy place to come and come away with the three points. It was a difficult afternoon. I thought we played our football but on a personal note, it’s the stuff of dreams to do that. The fans come up here on a weekday despite work commitments so the three points is what they deserve and I’m delighted I could help contribute to that. It feels amazing to score a last-minute winner. It’s the first one I’ve ever done so it was a pretty unique feeling.
You've celebrated those moments as a fan!
Yes, if I was in the stand I’d be going nuts as well so to be involved in scoring the goal is brilliant but, as I say, the main thing is contributing to the team in a positive way and we have got the three points and we keep pushing in the right direction.

Have you always believed that you can become a big player for this football club?
Yeah, it’s important that you believe you can contribute to the team as positively as I can. It comes from the confidence to be in those areas and take those chances. It’s a great ball by Tom and that helps. I’ve always believed I could play here and I’m loving every minute of it.
Going down to ten men makes it even more special, and you still dominated the game.
It’s important that all the boys, whether you are starting or not that when you come into the team it’s important that you know your role. It was a difficult evening, there was challenges put in front of us tonight in going down to ten men but we dealt with it and stayed on top of the game, believed we’d get our opportunity. That fell to me. It was on me in that moment to capitalise on it which I’m glad I could do.

You will be wanting a goal in the cup final on Sunday too?
I won't get too ahead of myself. As a team we will rest, our focus is now on that and hopefully, we can give the fans a special evening there as well.
