CELTIC striker Odsonne Edouard was presented with a gilt-edged opportunity against Rangers at Ibrox - but the French forward somehow fluffed his lines.
The match got off to a frenetic start as the the two rivals searched for the opening goal, providing an entertaining end-to-end contest.
With the scores level and visitors pushing for a breakthrough, it looked for all the world as though Edouard would nudge Ange Postecoglou's men in front.
A clever through ball and a well-timed run from Kyogo Furuhashi caught out the home defence and as the Japanese forward squared the ball to his team-mate, the opening goal looked inevitable.
