Chris Sutton has reacted as Celtic look set to lose Ryan Christie and Odsonne Edouard on deadline day.
Christie will join Bournemouth ahead of the transfer deadline while Edouard is expected to be confirmed as a Crystal Palace player this evening.
Sutton tweeted about the departures, saying: "Good luck to Odsonne Edouard and Ryan Christie with their moves.
"Both players have served Celtic very well. Quite a few trebles between them."
Meanwhile, Celtic have signed Greece striker Giorgos Giakoumakis from Dutch side VVV-Venlo on a five-year deal.
The forward, who has been capped six times internationally over the past year year, finished the 2020/21 Eredivisie campaign as top scorer with 26 goals.
The 26-year-old former AEK Athens striker told Celtic’s official website: “Celtic is one of the world’s great football clubs with the best fans around.
“It is a club I have admired for so long and it will now be an honour to wear this famous jersey.
“To know that the manager wanted me so much to join Celtic is really humbling and it makes me know I have made the right choice.”
