ANGE POSTECOGLOU has responded to calls from Celtic fans to include Liam Scales in his starting XI.
The Irish defender has only made one appearance for the Hoops since sealing his summer move from Shamrock Rovers.
First choice Greg Taylor is out injured after undergoing shoulder surgery.
And 19-year-old Adam Montgomery has been selected to deputise in the Scotland international's absence.
It appears there's work to do for Scales to break in to the side yet, with Postecoglou revealing he's "not quite ready" to be fully involved.
He told the media post-match: “For him (Montgomery) and Tony Ralston this is their first sort of steps in senior football for Celtic. We knew it was going to be tough going for Monty this year.
"With Greg Taylor out and Liam Scales not quite ready yet, he was the one that we were going to rely on.
“We had some challenging opponents. They were physical and we had to put in a physical battle, but you see the quality in the front third and he showed tremendous composure.
“It was a simple pass across the goal, but at the end of the game when you need to win he showed that composure. He is a very talented young player and hopefully he continues to do that."
