Easter Road beckons next for a Celtic side who are steadily building up a head of steam.

The momentum will be tested against a Hibs side who, although they have lost their last three league games, have history in terms of making life tough for Celtic when they head East; not since 2014 have Celtic left with maximum points on league duty.

For that reason, the suspicion may be that Ange Postecoglou looks to bring Liel Abada back into the starting line-up with Giorgos Giakoumakis settling for a place on the bench. Hibs look vulnerable when confronted with pace and the front three possess all the attributes to ask questions of an Easter Road side who will be bolstered by the return of Ryan Porteous.

The Greek forward also offers scope to change things around should Celtic find it tough to find a way past Hibs and need a different direction to take in the game.

Josip Juranovic looks like being the first-choice penalty taker and was back in at left-back on Saturday with the expectation being that he will hang on to his shirt with Anthony Ralston on the right. Despite much criticism, Celtic boast the best defensive record in the league alongside Dundee United with Carl Starfelt and Cameron Carter-Vickers establishing an understanding in recent outings.

Hibs might be the biggest test that fledging partnership has faced.

With Croatia international Josip Juranovic fit again, Ange Postecoglou seems content to play him on the left of defence and reward Anthony Ralston for his consistent form by giving him the jersey on a weekly basis.

In between them, Cameron Carter-Vickers and Carl Starfelt are familiarising themselves and impressing more with every passing game, so until Christopher Jullien is fit again Postecoglou looks to have made his mind up with Stephen Welsh the first-choice backup.

David Turnbull and Tom Rogic don't have the pace with which to scare the Hibs defence in the same way Aberdeen's midfielders Ryan Hedges and Marley Watkins did at the weekend, but they've got the guile to help those in wide areas utilise theirs.

That's likely to be Jota and Liel Abada, which means Kyogo Furuhashi to start through the middle. While that's a bit unfair on Giorgos Giakoumakis, the Japan international's movement and pace is probably going to be more of an issue for the Hibs defence than Giakoumakis' style.
