FORMER Celtic star Ryan Christie has promised to get a Bournemouth themed tattoo if the Cherries gain promotion back the Premier League.
The Scotland international has created six assists in his first 13 games for his new side since making the switch from Celtic in the summer.
As well as his creative flare on the park, Christie has a creative side off it too with a number of tattoos.
And now the 26-year-old has made a vow to get a Bournemouth inspired one if his side get back to the Premier League.
He told the Bourmenouth Echo: “I’ve no idea! I’m not going to count but there is a lot more hidden. A lot is just nonsense!
“It started off with there being reason behind them and then my want for tattoos quickly outgrew that. It’s just a bit of the weird and the wonderful from now on.
“I have told the boys already, any suggestions let me know and I’ll add them to the list.
“That (the Latin quote) was the first one. That is the only one that has semi-got a good reason behind it. My dad loves his Roman history and that kind of stuff, so he helped me pick that one out for my first tattoo.
"That’s a Latin quote and, there, I’ve got a bunch of bananas on my thigh! So there’s two different ends of the scale there.
“I have already promised a lot of people that there will be a set of Cherries on me somewhere, if we get promoted.
“I’ve not decided where – maybe on my heart!”
