Everything that Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou said to Sky Sports after his side triumphed 3-0 in the Glasgow derby
How would you sum that one up?
I am very proud of the lads. I thought our first half was outstanding. We scored our three goals and the football we played was just brilliant. We could have had a few more. Allan McGregor was outstanding in their goal. In the second half, we had to defend a bit more but I think we showed can defend when we need to. Full credit to the players, it was a big game and we knew the consequences and there was pressure on us. There has been pressure on us all along but the players handled it superbly.
That fast start is the key in a game like this to set the tone, isn't it?
I think the key is to set the momentum in the game and the tempo. Irrespective of who we are playing we want to be a team that has the initiative whether that is getting an early goal or putting the opposition under pressure that is the team we want to be. That is good in theory but we want to do it in the big games and that is what we did tonight.
How good can Reo Hatate be?
He is great. I'd be hard pushed for me to single anybody out if you look at the way we played our football in that first 45 minutes, I thought the whole team was outstanding. It was good for Reo to get a couple of goals. We know he has got quality and he will get better. It was his third game and he is nowhere near the levels of fitness that is required, we will build him up slowly but it is great for him to get his goals.
Is it positive that you have players to fit in and some to come back?
We are not the finished article and we have changed the whole team. There are guys coming back and coming in at different times and some have not had a bedding-in process. We have quality players to come back and we will get stronger, we have to be stronger, we want to be stronger and that is the key for us as we are not happy with where we are we want to be better.
Going top of the league - how pleasing is that?
It is a sign of progression. We lost three of our first six and everybody knows how the Scottish Premiership works we couldn't afford to get out of that pretty quickly and almost be p[perfect after that and we have been under pressure for a long time. That is not something that the players have focused on. We have not focused on points or our position in the table we have just concentrated on playing our football.
How good was the atmosphere as you spoke about savouring it?
It was unbelievable. I have had some special moments in football but that is one that I will definitely remember.
