Celtic midfielder Matt O'Riley showed he has an eye for a slagging as well as a pass with a well-timed social media comment on team-mate Stephen Welsh's celebratory post.
Welsh, 22, netted the first goal by heading home an O'Riley corner in the third minute of the Hoops' 2-0 opening-day win over Aberdeen at Parkhead on Sunday.
He took to Instagram after the game to post a photograph of himself celebrating alongside the message "Good win and performance. Some atmosphere today".
O'Riley was quick to respond to wind up his Hoops team-mate, replying: "That meat head's an easy target!"
Welsh himself appreciated the joke with two laughing-face emojis and the quip "on a plate".
Jota added the second goal after Welsh's opener as Ange Postecoglou's side got their competitive fixtures off to a winning start. The champions next face Ross County in Dingwall on Saturday August 6.
