Ange Postecoglou appears to have confirmed Cameron Carter-Vickers' injury is enough to rule him out of the USA international squad this month.
Carter-Vickers missed the 2-0 defeat to St Mirren with the manager saying pre-match he had "pulled up a bit sore the other day".
Without elaborating on the exact nature of his injury, Postecoglou went one further after the game and suggested he would be missing the US side's international fixtures.

Gregg Berhalter named Carter-Vickers in his pre-World Cup squad for the matches against Japan and Saudi Arabia.
The 24-year-old made his first international start in three years during the summer internationals as he seeks to establish his place in the squad ahead of the winter World Cup in Qatar.
"He [Carter-Vickers] pulled up sore, so we’ll see how he is," Postecoglou reiterated after the match, before adding: "I think he’s out of the US camp so we are hoping post-international break he won’t be too far away."
