SEAD HAKSABANOVIC is the latest Celtic player to spark injury concerns for the club this international break.
The winger was subbed off after just 30-minutes in Montenegro's game with Finland tonight.
Celtic's new boy was forced off after going down with what appeared to be a knock following a tasty challenge.
He started the match for his country.
However, he had to come off injured, with the extent of the knock likely to be revealed in the coming days.
Giorgos Giakoumakis had been a major injury concern for the Hoops as club football returns this weekend.
However, Greece boss Gus Poyet has revealed that there is a 50-50 chance the striker could play in their game against Northern Ireland tomorrow evening.
This would at least be some good news for Ange Postecoglou, with games against Motherwell and RB Leipzig coming up in the next week.
