Every word Ange Postecoglou said to BT Sport immediately after Celtic's RB Leipzig Champions League match...

I know it's difficult to sum that game up so quickly afterwards but what was your assessment of it?

Yeah, the emotions are disappointment. Disappointed for supporters, disappointed for the lads to lose a game we were well in but [it's been] the story of our campaign so far - missed chances have cost us.

What does it need to take for those chances to be converted?

It's difficult, we are talking about the highest level of club football and there are those different sorts of stresses and anxieties around taking your chances at this level and that's why clubs spend hundreds of millions trying to solve that problem. But, from our perspective, all we can do is keep sort of putting our players in those situations and I'm sure they'll learn from it and develop from that. But when you're at this level, you pay the ultimate price if you don't take them.

Does the disappointment and the way you're feeling right now show that there is some level of progression in that you feel as though you should have got something tonight?

Yeah, I really think so. I've said all along that you go through this one of two ways. We've tried to take the game to the opposition and tried to match the opposition in all aspects and we've come away with nothing again, unfortunately. But I can't fault the players' endeavour or their application - and they're disappointed too because they know we had some opportunities tonight to get the result we wanted and we didn't take them.

Looking at the stats in the Champions League they don't make for great reading, so what's the next step?

You've just got to keep persevering. It's understandable if our supporters are disappointed - we're disappointed - but you're not going to progress or improve by walking away from what you are trying to build. We've come a long way in a very short space of time and we want to keep developing at the same rate. But obviously when you're playing at the highest level, as we were today, you understand that it takes more than just endeavour and effort. You need to keep applying yourself and keep putting yourself in those positions. We'll keep doing that. We won't shy away from the kind of football team we want to be.

Another injury challenge tonight with Liel [Abada] going off. Can you give us an update on how he is?

I don't think it's anything serious - more of a dead leg than anything. Hopefully nothing too serious.
