Celtic were once again caught up in a VAR controversy during their Scottish Premiership match against Motherwell on Wednesday night.
Leading 1-0 thanks to Kyogo Furuhashi's 16th-minute opener, the Hoops thought they had doubled their advantage when the Japanese striker played Jota through on goal just before the hour mark.
Jota dinked the ball over Liam Kelly but the subsequent VAR check ruled the strike out for offside.

In advance of VAR's introduction, the Scottish FA confirmed there would be a minimum of six cameras; two in the main stands, one on each of the 18-yard lines and one behind each goal. The organisation also confirmed that if there are any additional cameras at a match (for instance, Sky Sports matches) then the VAR will have access to the additional cameras.
