Ex-Celtic youth prospect Ben Doak has signed his first professional contract with Liverpool.
The 17-year-old has put pen to paper on the deal with the Reds after making a huge impression following his arrival from the Hoops in the summer for a fee of around £600,000.
The right-winger has made a significant impact during his short time at Liverpool with the Academy set-up, having already progressed from the under-18 side to the U21s.
He provided two goals and two assists in the early weeks for the U18s and then scored on his first start for the U21s in the 2-1 mini-derby triumph over Everton last month. He also netted in the EFL Trophy against Accrington Stanley.
Since then, he has been included in Scotland's under-21 set-up and made his first-team debut at Anfield recently against Derby County.
The Hoops academy graduate featured a couple of times under Ange Postecoglou, including coming off the bench in the 3-0 thrashing of Rangers in February.
However, the Parkhead side was unable to keep him at the club, and he joined the Premier League team soon after.
The forward recently received praise from Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp after his debut.
"He’s a really lively boy, a smart player, good dribbler, fast, can use both legs," the German said.
“It’s good. It was nice to watch, really nice to watch. Coming in and immediately making an impact.
"A lot of things are obviously natural to him, which is really helpful.
“I can remember when I saw them at the AXA when we signed the boy and how excited everybody was."
