Ex-Celtic midfielder Victor Wanyama has praised new Hoops signing Alistair Johnston, tipping him to be a success at the Hoops.
The Kenya international, who played with the 24-year-old at CF Montreal in Canada, feels the right-back has all the attributes to make it at Parkhead.
Speaking to The Athletic, he said: " I told him [Johnston} about how big a club Celtic is and how amazing the fans are.
"I told him that the fans are demanding, but they will always have your back.
"He is very professional and well-educated. He loves reading books and engaging in conversation. I see him as a future leader."

Meanwhile, the Hoops have reportedly warned Torino that it'd take a major transfer fee to land Josip Juranovic.Reports had suggested the Serie A club have made contact with Celtic for preliminary talks over a possible move for the right-back in January.
Juranovic has earned serious interest following impressive performances both for Celtic and more recently at the World Cup with Croatia.
And Torino appear to be the first club to open dialogue with Celtic for the 27-year-old.
But, according to the Daily Record, Celtic are set to hold out for a bumper transfer bid.
It's claimed Celtic have warned chiefs at the Italian club it would take at least double the £8.5million they spent on Perr Shuurs in their most expensive signing of the summer.
