Former Rangers captain Barry Ferguson has labelled some of the officiating decisions that have gone against Celtic 'absolutely ridiculous'.
The Hoops have been at the centre of several VAR controversies since the new technology was rolled out in the Premiership back in October.
High-profile incidents include penalties given against Alexandro Bernabei and Matt O'Riley against Hearts, a penalty not awarded to Celtic for handball against the same opposition and a Jota goal ruled out for offside against Motherwell with camera confusion at the centre of it.
Amid the questioning of officials for inconsistent decision-making, Ferguson has become the latest to add his name to the list of critics.

After a James Sands handball was not penalised or checked during Rangers' win over Hibernian on Thursday night, Ferguson weighed in with his own take on the matter and used the decisions given against Celtic in doing so.
“This is the big debate," Ferguson said on Go Radio. "Previous to that [the Sands decision] if we’re going to have consistency and we go back to the Celtic handballs.
"O’Riley’s, for me, was never a penalty and that [the Sands handball] was never a penalty in my eyes but if you’re going back to six or seven weeks ago with consistency then it would have been a penalty.
“Maybe during this break they’ve had a chat – the referees and VAR people – and they’ve said ‘listen, c’mon, some of these penalty decisions that were given against Celtic and other teams are absolutely ridiculous’.”
