Jota has developed a reputation for scoring some special goals for Celtic.
Against Dundee United it was no different - even if it wasn't a spectacular long-range effort or silky solo effort from the winger.
Instead, at Tannadice Jota was on-hand to nod home from close range from a "near impossible" angle.
Aaron Mooy had done well down the right flank and sent in a searching cross to the backpost.
Such was the curl on the ball that United keeper Mark Birighitti was completely wrongfooted and lost his bearings.

The ball floated all the way to Jota who was in space to head home into an empty net from a very tight angle.
A Celtic social media post sharing a clip of the goal read: "Jota from a near impossible angle!
"Our superstar from Portugal heads in from Aaron Mooy's cross to open the scoring in the 51st minute!"
Sky Sports commentator Andy Walker said: Well, Mooy gets an unbelievable cross in.

"I don't know what Birighitti is thinking. I think his team-mates are expecting him to take it.
"But look at Jota, credit to him he doesn't give it up. And from the tightest of angles he just gets it back on target.
"And Birighitti has lost his bearings completely. It's a goalkeeping error but credit to Mooy just for testing him."
