Scotland rugby player Jack Dempsey has joked that people think Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou is his uncle - and that it bags him some free drink when out and about.
The 28-year-old, born in Australia, switched international allegiances to Scotland last year and he has revealed that fans thinking he is related to the Parkhead manager has led to some perks.
"Any time I am out in Glasgow I tell them Ange and I grew up together, or that he’s my uncle," he told The Sun. "That gets me free drinks almost everywhere!"
Dempsey is set for his Six Nations bow on Saturday as the Scots take on England in the latest Calcutta Cup match-up.
The flanker has been named on the replacements list for the clash while six of his Glasgow Warriors team-mates - Kyle Steyn, Huw Jones, Sione Tuipulotu, George Turner, Richie Gray and Matt Fagerson - are all in the starting line-up.

“It’s a cliche, but it still hasn’t caught on to me personally,” said Dempsey.
“I played four tests in autumn and made my debut against Australia. When the team was named this week and I was lucky enough to be a part of it, you just pinch yourself and think ‘How is this boy from Sydney, who was lucky enough to be living his dream doing for his state and the Wallabies, then a few years later get to play in the damn Six Nations'.”
Dempsey qualifies to represent Scotland through his maternal grandfather and revealed a conversation with Dave Rennie was key in his decision.
“I followed my gut instinct and decided to stay and play with Scotland,” he said. “It was very mixed feelings. Suddenly this (first) game isn’t just against the gold jersey, the jersey I wore proudly as a junior, 20s and senior with the Wallabies.
“But also the guys who wore it, buddies like Jakey Gordon, Ned Hanigan, Jed Holloway, Andrew Kellaway… guys I’d played with my whole career, even as kids. It was so busy.”
