Ex-Celtic right-back Mark Wilson has praised Hoops boss Ange Postecoglou for how he has dealt with the pressure of managing the club since arriving in Glasgow.
The Australian recently lifted his second consecutive League Cup after the Scottish champions defeated rivals Rangers 2-1 at Hampden.
And the former Parkhead defender, who won the trophy himself against the Ibrox side in 2009, explained the importance of the victory for the 57-year-old.
Speaking to Sky Sports, he said: "I grew up in the city and grew up a Celtic fan so I knew exactly what it meant to support the club.
"When you come to play and play in these finals against Rangers at Hampden, I was lucky to play in two, winning one and losing one. I know both sides and what it means.
"You never hear Ange Postecoglou talking about the pressure that falls on his shoulders, and it is great since he took over at the club, the pressure has been great.
"He managed to deal with it pretty well yesterday. You could see how he relieved he was when the second goal went in and then on the final whistle. You could see the weight lifted."

Wilson also heaped praise on Hoops midfielder Reo Hatate, declaring him "head and shoulders above" everyone else on the Hampden pitch.
The Japanese midfielder assisted the Parkhead side's second goal of the match and the former defender waxed lyrical about the playmaker.
"(Reo) Hatate was incredible yesterday with his movement and the running off the ball that he usually does," he continued.
"It was his quality on the ball that set him apart yesterday and I thought he was head and shoulders above the rest.
"He had an involvement in two goals. That was the difference between Celtic and Rangers' midfield.
"Rangers had a lot of sideways passes whereas Celtic with Hatate, (Aaron) Mooy and (Callum) McGregor ran the show and that was where the game was won for me."
