Celtic hero Charlie Nicholas has compared Ange Postecoglou to legendary Aberdeen and Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson.
The former Scotland international feels there are similarities in both men's management styles.
Nicholas feels comparisons can be drawn between how Postecoglou motivates players and how Ferguson used to make sure none of his squad ever got to carried away.
Writing in his Daily Express column, he said: "Ange Postecoglou is a modern-day version of Sir Alex Ferguson. That is what he is.
"He is just a relentless winner. Ange is so simplistic. He has an incredible motivational side.
"We know he doesn’t speak to his players a lot. He talks to them individually on the training pitch but not really off it, but is remarkable how tough he has made this Celtic team both physically and mentally.
"You never really seen Ange over-praising his players. He just gets on with it and moves on to the next challenge.
"It was like Sir Alex after he had led Aberdeen to the Scottish Cup against Rangers.
"He ranted and raved on the pitch saying the performance was a disgrace although they lifted the cup Willie Miller and Alex McLeish were the only players to get pass marks.
"Ange is just like that. He treats them mean to keep them keen. This manager has a style and has really got something special going at Celtic."

Nicholas also compared the Australian to Arsenal hero Arsene Wenger.
He feels the way the 57-year-old has recruited from the Asian market is similar to how the ex-Gunners boss signed players from France at the start of his reign.
"He has simply grabbed the footballing industry in Scotland," he continued. "It is not unlike Arsene Wenger when he went into Arsenal.
"He is making some impact and Celtic fans are loving the ride. He is a man of maturity. He has identified players who he thinks can make the team better.'
