Former Celtic youth prospect Si Ferry is set to leave Lowland League side Open Goal Broomhill FC at the end of the season.
The 35-year-old, who also played for Swindon, Portsmouth, Dundee and Peterhead, took charge of the club last summer.
The Scottish football podcast, presented by Ferry, struck a deal with the Lowland League club that saw club change its name to Open Goal Broomhill FC, while a fly-on-the-wall documentary was shot that would chart the team’s progression.
However, it has been a tough first season in management for Ferry whose side currently sit 10th in the fifth tier of Scottish football with only six games left of the campaign.
With promotion mathematically impossible, the decision has been made to conclude the project.

Meanwhile, Celtic forward Daizen Maeda has detailed "adjustments" he has made to his training regime to combat ongoing injury issues.
The Japan international was forced off early against Hearts during the recent 3-1 league win and was then left out of the Parkhead side's Scottish Cup quarter-final triumph at Tynecastle.
He did return to the pitch during the match against Hibernian, playing for 60 minutes.
And now he has revealed that despite having a knee issue, the change in training style allowed him to stay fit and be included in Japan's squad for the upcoming friendly matches against Uruguay and Colombia.
He told Japanese outlet Hochi: " I have adjusted for about an hour by cycling and jogging before training.
"I'm going to make adjustments so that I can make it in time for games."
