Celtic won their first UEFA Youth League game of the season after they defeated Lazio 2-0.
Goals from Daniel Kelly and Bruno Davidson were enough for the visitors to pick up the three points.
Stephen McManus and Darren O'Dea's side started strongly, playing like they had a point to prove after failing to pick up a victory in any of the first four matches.
And their positive contribution early on was rewarded 13 minutes in when midfielder Kelly opened the scoring after great work from Lewis Dobbie to win the ball.
His pressing forced a mistake and then he calmly passed to Kelly who made no mistake with the finish.
Starlet Rocco Vata caused problems for the Italian opposition all afternoon with his dynamic running not giving Lazio’s defence a moments rest.

Celtic went into the break deserving of their lead and continued their strong performance into the second half.
The visitors dominated possession and were unlucky not to break the lines on two occasions.
Goalkeeper Joe Morrison had little to do for the majority of the fixture given Celtic’s consistent attacking pressure.
And they doubled their advantage with just under 20 minutes left on the clock as a good team move was finished by Davidson who tapped in from close range.
2-0 was how it ended in Italy as McManus and ODea’s side picked up their first win in this season’s tournament.
They currently sit third in the group on four points and face Feyenoord at home in their final fixture next month.
