Ange Postecoglou last night blasted questioning over Eric Dier's absence from the Tottenham squad amid links to Bayern Munich as he fiercely stated: "Don't question my integrity".
The Spurs boss faced questions about a possible transfer exit for Dier after the win over Burnley in the FA Cup. Pedro Porro's terrific strike 12 minutes from time earned the hosts victory in North London.
However, after the match, Postecoglou was unimpressed as he answered questions on Dier's absence from the matchday squad.
The Spurs boss first stated the England international was injured so didn't feature before facing further questions on a possible move to the Bundesliga.
Former Celtic manager Postecoglou first said: “Yeah he’s injured. He just pulled up sore and didn’t train yesterday.”
Postecoglou was then quizzed on whether Dier's absence was also linked to reports regarding a move to Bayern Munich.

The unimpressed manager hit back: “Separate issue mate but don’t question my integrity.
“When I say he’s injured, he’s injured. He didn’t train yesterday.
“It’s got nothing to do with anything else.
“I’ve got no idea (about Bayern). When you ask me whether he’s injured, he’s injured. I didn’t make that up.
“If he wasn’t injured, I’d say he wasn’t selected. It’s easy for me to say. He’s injured and in terms of anything else that’s happening, not on my radar.
“Not that I’ve heard of. If there is something I’m sure I’ll hear of it, but fair to say in the last 24 hours we’ve been focusing on the game and the guys that are available.”
It comes as reports down south have claimed an agreement in principle has been reached for Dier to join Bayern Munich this month.
