Alistair Johnston was stretchered off for Celtic after a head knock against Hibs.
The defender was forced off through the nasty head problem at Easter Road.
Johnston had won a penalty for his side but was then flat out on the turf receiving treatment for a head collision.

Hibs defender Necatrios Triantis - on loan from Sunderland - had caught Johnston when competing for an aerial ball in the box.
After a four-minute delay as Johnston received treatment the player was stretchered off the pitch.

Anthony Ralston replaced Johnston with nine minutes on the clock.
On-loan Norwich striker Adam Idah then dispatched the penalty for Celtic to put the visitors 1-0 up after ten minutes at Easter Road.
