Celtic have announced that two promising youngsters have been handed contract extensions.
Adam Montgomery, 21, and Joey Dawson, 20, both signed new one-year-deals to remain at the Scottish Premiership leaders until 2027 and 2025 respectively.
Montgomery has come through the ranks at Celtic, making 20 first team appearances to date. The left-back is currently on-loan with Motherwell in the latest of several temporary switches away from Parkhead, which has seen him feature for Aberdeen, St Johnstone and Fleetwood Town over the last few seasons.

Meanwhile, Dawson has been a reliable fixture in the Celtic B team lineup, notching several crucial goals, notably a brace against Rangers in 2022.
Additionally, the young forward marked his senior debut for Celtic by stepping off the bench in a match against St Johnstone at McDiarmid Park on Boxing Day 2021.
He has been made to remain patient for more first team opportunities but the versatile striker is thought to be highly-rated by Brendan Rodgers.
