Celtic star Matt O'Riley is reportedly in talks with two top-six Premier League sides.

The Denmark international, 23, is fresh off the back of scoring against Rangers in Saturday's derby win over the Hoops' arch-Glasgow rivals.

Last night, the attacking midfielder picked up Celtic's Player of the Year at the awards ceremony at the OVO Hydro.

He has 16 goals and 17 assists in all competitions for Brendan Rodgers' team, as they look to go on and lift the league and Scottish Cup double to close out the season.

Atletico Madrid came calling in the January transfer window with a loan offer, with an obligation to buy in the summer included as part of the deal.

This was swiftly rejected by the Scottish champions, as they refused to let their star man go midseason.

However, now, according to Danish media outlet Tipsbladet, two top-six Premier League sides have advanced their interest by opening talks with the player.

Atletico remains interested according to the same report, with Inter Milan also keen.

O'Riley's contract expires in the summer of 2027.

Meanwhile, Henrik Larsson holds the acclaim of every single Celtic supporter across the globe.

The Swede could very well be the most-loved player to have ever pulled on the green & white hoops.

Just when it didn't see the King of Kings could be adored anymore by fans, especially in Glasgow, the 52-year-old aimed a thinly-veiled dig at Rangers.

While attending the club's Player of the Year awards at the Hydro last night, the Hoops idol referred to the Ibrox club as 'them', much to the delight of the 11,000 Celtic supporters in attendance.

Larsson told the crowd: "Stay yourself. You are amazing and brilliant. Keep on doing what you are doing. Support the team.

"They have a chance to win the league again and stop them (nodding) from winning it."

His cheeky dig at Celtic's arch-Glasgow rivals received thunderous applause from the fans at the event.
