Rocco Vata's future at Celtic remains up in the air with the talented youngster out of contract this summer.
The Republic of Ireland Under-21 international has been offered fresh terms by the Scottish Premiership champions.
And while his dad, Rudi, who also played for the Hoops, wants him to stay at Parkhead, he concedes that until anything is signed, then anything is possible.
A series of European clubs are believed to be interested in the 19-year-old.
Speaking on Off the Ball, Rudi said: "I always felt that you need to build your first house in the place that you are born and in the place that you learn the ABC of football.

"And he has done that. He has gone through the alphabet, going through all the stages. I think and I always thought he can do it there (at Celtic) and he can make it big.
"I remember Rocco, he's been different since he was born, a different child. I have another boy, nephews I've seen children playing and being around the house - I think he's been unique since he was born.
"I think God chose him for his own reason and I think he realised that because I always told him 'God has given you something very special, just work on it'.

"I think his attitude, his mentality, he builds up those things that I always told him to work hard, to build up the mentlaity, the chracater and pesonality.
"He built those three things and those three things nobody can take from you. I think now he's ready to get to first team football and explode his talent.
"And hopefully it'll be at Celtic. But until it's done, you never know."
