Former Celtic goalkeeper Joe Hart was at Parkhead for the derby victory over Rangers on Sunday.

The ex-England No1 retired over the summer but returned to Celtic Park to watch the 3-0 win on Sunday.

And ahead of kick-off Hart even appeared in the tunnel to fire up his former tam-mates.

Sky Sports cameras captured the moment Hart greeted his former team-mates and urged them on to victory against Rangers.

Beaming Hart first shook hands with players before gritting his teeth and psyching them up for the derby tie.

On presenting duties for Sky, Eilidh Barbour commented: "There is a man who links Burnley to Celtic, it's like we planned it.

"Joe Hart in attendance to enjoy this one, from perhaps a more comfortable position, still on team talk duties as well it seems as he tries to give his ex-team-mates a word of encouragement."

Hart - who has now moved into punditry since retiring - has often spoken of his special time at Celtic, most recently on the personal display on his final appearance at Celtic Park.

"That was one of the greatest days in my professional life," said Hart in an exclusive interview with the Celtic View magazine. "I’ve never felt like that and to have that feeling given to me was indescribable.

"I didn’t ask for it, I didn’t want for it. I didn’t expect it. I was blown away, absolutely blown away.

"[The last game at Celtic Park] was comfortably one of the greatest days of my professional life.

"I’m married, I have a family, but even on a personal level it’s one of the greatest days as well."
