Celtic go into the Scottish Premiership clash against Kilmarnock full of confidence after a 3-2 victory over Rangers in their last match.

That result put the Hoops 12 points clear at the top of the league table and means they have one hand firmly on the title.

A trip to Rugby Park can hold its challenges, though, in part due to the plastic surface.

However, the Parkhead club were comfortable winners when they last visited in August as they walked away with a 5-0 victory which included acrobatic efforts from former players Moritz Jenz and Giorgos Giakoumakis.

Ahead of this match, Ange Posteocglou has some key decisions to make in terms of his starting 11.

Who will the Australian pick? Our writers have their say...

Not broke? Don't fix it then.

OK, ideally Reo Hatate would be fit for this one after Aaron Mooy's subpar display in the Glasgow Derby. Given he is going to miss out again, though, it became for me a question of Mooy retaining his place or Tomoki Iwata coming in.

Callum McGregor's role still seems more influential when he's at the six and, while I'm intrigued to see Iwata's enthusiastic space occupation offers at the eight, I don't really see one poor performance while clearly still recovering from injury as a reason to scoot Mooy onto the bench. Matt O'Riley stays in situ after a very good derby day.

Elsewhere, I'm opting for the same defence in front of Joe Hart - Alistair Johnston and Greg Taylor flanking Cameron Carter-Vickers and Carl Starfelt - and the same attack - Jota and Daizen Maeda either side of Kyogo Furuhashi - but will have no complaints if it means I get to see more of Sead Haksabanovic.

Sean's team: Hart; Johnston, Carter-Vickers, Starfelt, Taylor; McGregor, Mooy, O'Riley; Jota, Kyogo, Maeda

Postecoglou will mostly opt for consistency with his team selection for this fixture. There will only be a couple of changes for the trip to Ayrshire.

Hart will continue in goal despite conceding twice last week, of which neither was his fault in my opinion, as he pulled off a vital save from Alfredo Morelos in the second half.

Johnston will remain at right-back as he goes in search of his 16th appearance for the Hoops. Carter-Vickers and Starfelt will continue as the central defenders as there is no need to tinker with something so successful. Taylor starts at left-back as he looks to finish the best season of his professional career so far strongly.

McGregor will begin in the number six position as the captain must be at the beating heart of the midfield. He will be joined in the centre of the park by Iwata, who replaces Mooy as the Australian struggled last week, and O'Riley, who keeps his place after an accomplished performance in the derby.

In terms of the front three, Sead Haksabanovic will begin off the right-hand side as he has recently shown quality from the bench and deserves a start. Kyogo will once again lead the line through the middle as he is undroppable. Jota will begin the game in his natural left wing position with Maeda dropping to the bench.

Aidan's team: Hart; Johnston, Carter-Vickers, Starfelt, Taylor; McGregor, Iwata, O'Riley; Haksabanovic, Kyogo, Jota
