Celtic inched one step closer to a historic eighth domestic treble after defeating Rangers 1-0 at Hampden.
Ange Postecoglou's side vanquished any memories of last season's Scottish Cup semi-final defeat to the Ibrox side as they returned the favour at the national stadium.
A first-half from header from winger Jota, after an excellent cross from Daizen Maeda, was enough for the Hoops to progress to the final against Inverness Caledonian Thistle on June 3.
The result represented Celtic's thrid consecutive victory against Rangers this season as the Scottish champions continue to cement their dominance over their rivals.
From the Parkhead team's point of view, there were plenty of standouts, however, one man in particular's name was on everyone's lips at full-time, Cameron Carter-Vickers.
The centre-back was a stalwart for the Scottish champions as they kept yet another clean sheet.
He made some vital blocks, including a near-goal-line clearance to prevent Alfredo Morelos from firing home in the second half.

And after the match, his manager had nothing but good things to say about him.
Speaking to Viaplay, he said: "I thought the two centre-backs were outstanding. That is Cameron Carter-Vickers' last game of the season.
"He has been carrying an injury for a long time and we will put him out to pasture a little bit now and let him get what he needs done.
"The boys are putting in a shift no matter what position they play. I thought Daizen Maeda in the first half was outstanding, not just with the ball but without it.
"You know what it is like, it is all not allowing the opposition to get into a rhythm and that is where it starts for that.
"Everyone has bought into that. Once they get into that everyone forgets what position they play.
"You have got to work hard and embrace that part of it. It is a big part of who we are.
"As compelling as we are going forward, the defensive work is a launch pad for being an attacking team."
As Postecoglou mentioned, Maeda was another who sparkled during the fixture as he once again proved how important he is to the Scottish champions.
