Both Kevin McKenna and Ryan McGinlay joined Hamish Carton on Tuesday's edition of The Celtic Way's morning briefing.

As Celtic are currently on their winter break, the trio took a deep dive into the squad depth of the team, as well as some transfer rumours doing the rounds over the past couple of days.

The ever-present subject of a new left-back was discussed, despite Greg Taylor's good form over the past few games. They also talked about the immediate departure of Yosuke Ideguchi, who joined Vissel Kobe in the J1 League this morning. 

Finally, they discussed the situation surrounding Rocco Vata, and why the young winger is not getting any game-time whatsoever under Brendan Rodgers. With teams such as Bologna looking at the Republic of Ireland U21 international, it looks as if Vata's future lies elsewhere.
