Ryan McGinlay and Tony Haggerty joined Hamish Carton on Friday's edition of The Celtic Way's morning briefing for January 12.
On today's show, the trio spoke about two of the club's reported targets in Estoril's Tiago Araujo and Rapid Vienna's Nicolas Kuhn. Both have been linked to the club in recent days. with the left-back and right-wing positions needing to be strengthened this window ahead of the season's resumption.
In the case of the former, Portuguese media expect Celtic to table a bid for the Benfica academy graduate, whilst a work permit has been granted for the latter, with Celtic and the Austrian club still to decide on a fee for the 24-year-old winger.

Also on today's podcast, the boys spoke about the debate of experienced signings versus so-called 'project' players, and how a mix of the true can provide a happy medium for the club as a whole. The example of former winger Mohamed Elyounoussi - who was available in the summer - was cited as an avenue that the club could have gone down, with the player having a good season with Danish club Copenhagen this campaign. It was an interesting debate and one that does not have one single viable right answer.
There was also a preview of Celtic's Scottish Cup tie against Buckie Thistle, which happens next Sunday at Celtic Park. The panel spoke about memories from the cup, as well as their expectations for the match against the Highland League side.
