Both men were positively enthused about the contribution of star man Adam Idah whose second-half introduction turned the game on its head.
The Republic of Ireland international netted a brace - his first Celtic career goals from open play - to keep the gap on Rangers at the top of the Scottish Premiership table to just two points.

It felt like a pivotal win for the defending champions as they kept going to the end and got their reward with Idah's second goal coming in injury time as well as another counter from Honduran winger Luis Palma helping to put a better gloss on the scoreline after the visitors had fallen behind to a 43rd minute Blair Spittal strike.
