Tony Haggerty and Joe Donnelly joined Hamish Carton on Tuesday's edition of The Celtic Way's morning briefing, sponsored by MPH Group.
Celtic could be busy in the transfer market over the next few days with many deals coming to the boil.
Danish international No.1 goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel will undergo a medical in Italy before hooking up with his new teammates on the pre-season tour of the USA.
Celtic are also set to complete the signing of Finnish goalkeeper Viljami Sinisalo. The 22-year-old is set to arrive on a five-year deal from English Premier League side Aston Villa.
It is hoped that Sinisalo, who has been capped three times by Finland, will act as Schmeichel's understudy and become the Celtic No.1 in the future. Sinisalo recently impressed on loan with ec-Celtic defender Gary Caldwell's Exeter City.

Why Celtic midfield duo need to raise their levels
Elsewhere Paulo Bernardo looks set to complete his £3.5 million switch to Brendan Rodgers's Scottish champions from Benfica. Rodgers is also hoping to persuade Adam Idah to rejoin the men in green and white after his nine goals whilst on loan from Norwich City helped Celtic capture the Premiership and Scottish Cup double last season.
The panel discussed all of the above topics as well as Rodgers sounding out a warning to midfield duo Bosun Lawal and Odin Thiago Holm on how they both need to raise their levels if they want to be regular fixtures in Rodgers's team.
Celtic will fly out to the USA later this week and play their first pre-season tour match against DC United in Washington in the early hours of Sunday, July 21. After that, it's Manchester City on Wednesday, July 23, and Chelsea after that again on Saturday, July 27.
