Celtic star Matt O'Riley will not be heading to the World Cup this month.
We told you last week how the midfielder had not been selected in Denmark's initial squad for the tournament in Qatar.
That said, there was still a chance for the 21-year-old to make the final player pool - with five more spaces available for Kasper Hjulmand to fill.
However, O'Riley now knows for sure that his World Cup dream is over, with Denmark's final 26-man squad revealed.
RB Leipzig's Youssuf Poulson has been selected as a late call-up, as well as Brentford's Christian Norgaard who will instead make the finals.
Union Berlin goalkeeper stopper Frederik Ronnow, Alexander Bah and Hoffenheim star Robert Skov will also be on the plane.
Denmark start their campaign against Tunisia on Tuesday November 22.
