Former Celtic striker Odsonne Edouard has vowed to use the "pressure" of his time playing in Glasgow to spur him on for Crystal Palace when they take on derby rivals Brighton.
The French forward, who joined the south London club from the Hoops in the summer of 2021, has plenty of experience playing in fixtures involving local rivals after netting six times against Rangers during his Parkhead tenure.
And the 25-year-old feels he is more than prepared for the upcoming match against Brighton.
Speaking to the club's official website, he said: "We feel more pressure in this game, because it is a game you can’t lose.
"You can do what you want, but you cannot lose. That is the pressure. I like this pressure.
"I had to deal with this pressure at Celtic, but it is good because you give more. I know what this (kind of game) means for the fans.
"We have to give everything in this game – to be at 100 per cent, or more like 200 or 300 per cent to try to win this game.
"We have to try to win this game for the fans. The derby is so big because the rivalry is from a long time ago.
"There is a different atmosphere around the derby.”

Meanwhile, Ex-Celtic starlet Si Ferry has waxed lyrical about midfielder Reo Hatate, claiming he could "play for any team in England".
The 25-year-old has eight goals and nine assist in 37 appearances for the Scottish champions so far this season.
And the Open Goal Broomhill boss feels the playmaker could easily make the cut in the Premier League.
"The one for me that could play in any team in England, is Hatate," said Ferry, speaking on Open Goal.
"Whether it is a team that is battling for survival, or a team right at the top – I think he can go play there.
"He is still young."
