Brendan Rodgers was in no mood to hang about after taking exception to some questioning live on BBC Sportsound.
The Celtic manager was speaking to the national broadcaster after his side staged a late comeback victory at Fir Park.
Adam Idah scored twice in the second half with Luis Palma adding a third.
The result was vital in keeping Celtic right in the title race mix with Rangers, with the gap now back to just two points.
They had to survive a big scare though, with Blair Spittal putting Motherwell in front in Lanarkshire.
Rodgers has spoken out about how he feels there is a narrative being portrayed about his team this season.
And he alluded to that once again in his interview with the Beeb.
He said: "There's absolutely no doubt (the squad are capable), the key thing for us is to stay together, there's still a long way out.
"Even if we draw the game today, four points is not a lot in my experience. I've been five points ahead with three or four games to go so four points would've been nothing.
"To get the win was important for us, psychologically, and for our football. It was another game to convince that when we play how we can play then the goals and creativity will be there. So I'm delighted for the players because like I've said, there's a story been written about this group, so we will write our own story."

Reporter Jane Lewis probed to get more information, but Rodgers sharply responded: "No, no. You know exactly what I mean. No."
Lewis said: "Can you tell us anymore, you're the one who brought that up so can you not give us some more on it?"
And then Rodgers ended the conversation, saying: "Okay, are we done? Well done, cheers."
